PRODUCT MATERIAL

S-PARTS collaborates with Xi'an Civil Aerospace Industry Metal Raw Material Supply Chain to rigorously select "S" grade TC4 titanium alloy materials that meet S-PARTS standards in long-term and continuous laboratory comparison tests. The average tensile strength exceeds 1050Mpa, far exceeding industry standards (≥ 895Mpa).

Under the same conditions, the TC4 titanium alloy fasteners under S-PARTS have comprehensive metal properties equivalent to grade 10.9 steel parts, but their weight is only about half of that of steel parts. Having ultra-high specific strength that conventional metal materials cannot match.

MANUFACTURING PROCESS

  • 「S」 Grade TC4 titanium alloy raw material

    All S-PARTS titanium alloy screws, nuts, and washers in the series are produced and processed using "S" grade TC4 titanium alloy raw materials. The screw head is forged at a high temperature of 650 ℃ using a customized stamping die with an exclusive logo.

  • Forging / CNC / 3DAM

    Each mold should be reused no more than 300 times to ensure the precision and consistency of the tool slot. The screw body is deeply processed by precision turning and milling composite, 3-axis CNC machining center and other equipment

  • Vacuum Nitriding / Anodizing / Sandblasting

    The surface adopts PVD vacuum coating, frosted anodizing, mirror polishing and other processes, which stably supports the simultaneous presentation of multiple personalized colors.
